We opened offices near Boston, and built a complete library of US vehicle data. We then moved our office to the our current location in Rochester, Minnesota. 

We talked to vehicle manufacturers, joined important industry associations and visited trade shows. We increased our editorial staff of experienced technicians-turned-technical writers.

Our marketing and sales team toured the continent, listening to technicians who told us they wanted something new - that they hadn't found the ideal product yet. They told us not to bother with "the same old thing" provided by other manuals and electronic systems.

Our experience and research told us we could provide what customers want - better value! Our recent entry into the North American market, along with our decades of experience, knowledge and sophisticated computer tools, has allowed us a fresh start - with a unique line of products.
